Last night I made gluten-free matzoh ball soup. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a Passover tradition of fluffy matzoh balls (matzoh is unleavened bread) floating in chicken soup. Since I don’t eat chicken, I used vegetable soup.
How did my matzoh ball soup turn out? Ehhhh… it’s not winning any awards, that’s for sure. …
